Server logs

The hosting provider's server records technical data such as IP address, time, requested URL, referrer and browser type, to deliver the site securely. These logs are not combined with other data.

Photos load directly from Wikimedia servers. Your browser therefore connects to Wikimedia, which receives your IP address; images are requested without a referrer. See the Wikimedia Foundation privacy policy. If the site operator stores the photos locally, this transfer no longer happens.
